There are some courses available on apps like coursera and udemy which provide courses and also a certificate after completion and you have to pay a minimal fee for that. If you don't want to spend money , you can take the course but the certificate will not be provided. You can pursue your hobbies. You can buy 11th books start studying now. This will help you in being ahead of the class and alsohelp you for any medical exam in future. You can also join summer camp internships, here you learn alot about yourself and discover your new passions. Coding is also an interesting subject which you can opt for.
