Hello dear candidate,
Both NCERT solutions MTG and Arihant is good but it depends on your requirement as you have stated you want to know which is better for 12th boards if you want only textbook answers, MTG is enough
But for boards and extra practice or competitive exams Arihant is a better option as it provides extra questions, summaries and practise.
