while comparing the 2 new AIIMS ie AIIMS PATNA and AIIMS RISHIKESH i would suggest you to opt for AIIMS PATNA as it is at par with all modern systems, technologies and the patient footfall too is better than AIIMS Rishikesh thereby providing you more exposure to patients. They have all modern functional machines and has better facilities making it a perfect choice.
