which nit i choose between nit trich with ECE or not Rourkela with CSE branch?

Hey,
In my opinion don't think about college. Both the college are good and would be a best choice for you. What important is your interest. If you have more interest in computer science then don't go for other stream because what stand with you is the interest you have. If I have been asked I will go with the college having stream of my interest and suggest you the same.
