Well a rank of 70000 is good to get you a NIT if you are a SC/ST candidate but you will not get top NITS and you will get low branch in the low NIT.Through JOSA counselling you might get admission in GFTI's and VIT Vellore,SRM,Vedanta college,MIT college.But the cutoff changes every year to wait till the official cutoff list gets released.
