To get good marks in Jee mains better go with previous year question coz :
1. you will get to know which type of question they usually ask.
2. you will know your actually speed of solving problems.
3. In jee paper questions may not repeat, but they will give similar question.
4. For physical and inorganic chemistry always go for previous year question papers and NCERT, It will be very helpful for you.
5. Some IMP tips for Inorganic Chemistry [IMPORTANT ONLY FOR JEE MAINS], just follow NCERT and memorize all the examples given in that book. In jee mains questions of Inorganic chemistry 90% will be coming from that book and you can score aprox 30 - 40 from inorganic (remaining 80 from organic and physical).
The more you practice, the more you gain. Although it is more advisable to go for previous year papers as they give you a closer view of the exam pattern but follow it exclusively only if you are falling out of time. In case you have abundant time, go for both as every practice is a learning process.

Make sure that you completely prepared on your concepts before solving them
- Keeping the examiner's mindset in the view,it's better to solve previous year problems as some problems in the paper will be little modified version of previous year problems.
- If you are still left with ample amount of time then go for physics, chemistry and mathematics today magazines for better exposure.
