Which one is better choice at NIT hamripur? 1. CSE 4 YEAR 2. CSE DUAL DEGREE 5 YEAR

Well, The better choice depends on your area of interest as

• If you have decided to pursue CSE (i.e. you discovered CSE your actual cup of Tea), then you should definitely take CSE dual (integrated) 5 years course,But
• If you still have many things to explore, then you should go with b.tech CSE 4 years course, for you to get 1 more chance to find your area of interest(as it could be a specialization in CSE like Artificial Intelligence, Networking, DBSM, Data Science etc. Or it could be something else like Electronics, Mechanical etc...too!). And in 4 years B.tech course you are likely to get a decent job at 1 year earlier, resulting work experience and still you'll get another chance of your Master's Degree in various fields...

And both have almost equal placements opportunities, generally b.tech students are placed in more percentage than integrated or dual degree students.(as most go for further studies). you can refer below:
