Igims is semi-government and nmch is pure government, igims administration is strict and nmch isn't so strict ,so you will get time for pg preparation. Igims fees are way more compared to nmch .so it depends on your preference. And some people will say igims has super specialty course, I don't understand this shit as to how your MBBS study concerns with that. There is no preference in the super-specialty course if you do ug from igims.
