which one is right Representation [ 0111 ] or [ 1101 ] for Binary Number (7) in 2-4-2-1 Representation and Why ?

Hello student. Binary representation of number 7 is [0111]. Usually binary numbers representating any decimal will be in format 8-4-2-1 format. So Position gives value. 8th position gives value 8. to get the number 7, you need the total value value added up to 7. There by, under 4,2,1 you place 1's. Which adds up as 4+2+1=7
