Which private or nit college are similar like iit

if i study in a private college like techno or iem and then get a government college nit or iit will my private college refund my money.?

There are some private colleges which are comparible to IIT and NIT and even some of them are better than IIT and NIT. Here are few names Birla Institute of Science and Technology Pilani this Institute is ranked among top private Institute of India the placement records are better than most of the IIT but getting through it is very hard and only few people are able to make it possible the another Institute is Vellore Institute of Technology this is also regarded as the top institute of engineering among private and you can enter it by appearing for VIT entrance exam the placement records are good another Institute is SRM Chennai this three institutes are in most of the cases comparible to IIT

The top 2 or 3 NITs can be compared to IITs. Such as Trichy, Warangal and maybe Surathkal.

Also, IIIT Hyderabad is on par with IITs.

As for private colleges, only BITS Pilani (and the other two campuses) are on par or close to that level.
