PHYSICS - 'Concepts of Physics' by H.C.Verma + 'Problems in General Physics' by I.E.Irodov (the problems are a little advanced but it has by far one of the best collection of problems in the world)  and some other minor sources ought to get your job done. You can use the books 'Understanding Physics' by D.C.Pandey  for practice also (it is very organized and of an optimium level). Just try to get the concepts in place and solve problems. You can even refer to some foreign authors for in-depth understanding.

CHEMISTRY - If it is Mains, then NCERT  ought to serve you the purpose. But for JEE Advance, it becomes a little tricky. You can refer to O.P.Tandon + Himanshu Pandey (for organic problems) + P.Bahadur or R.C.Mukherjee(for physical chemistry). I would suggest that you make your own notes and substantiate them from your tuition stuff or from those things that you do not know already or find important. Because there are a whole many books for Organic Chemistry but I think it would not help much as you would be wasting time reading them.

MATHEMATICS - You can go for R.D.Sharma (all-in-one) or A.Dasgupta (specially Algebra) or Arihant's 'Skill in Mathematics' set by S.K.Goel and Amit M. Agarwal (all-in-one). Have a HUGE number of questions from any of the books. Do not use more than one and try to finish one completely and then try another if you have time. S.L.Loney for Trigonometry is also very good.
