AP EAMCET is a State level Common Entrance test to get admission in various Engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The minimum Marks to qualify the exam is 40. Irrespective of your IPE marks you should get 40 marks to qualify. As you got 38 you won't qualify the exam and won't get a rank.
