Almost, all the IITs and NITs offers admission in B.Tech. in Engineering Physics every year. So, some of the top colleges in Engineering Physics are:

DTU, Delhi
IIT, Bombay
IIT, Delhi
IIT, Roorkee
BITS, Pilani

There are many other institutes offering Engineering Physics. All that matter is, students willing to develop and grasp the opportunity provided by the institution.
