Which round will be our councilling? My son overall tnea rank is 31429 & SC rank is 2016 please clarify

The counseling of for everyone irrespective of the rank of your son. So when you apply through the TNEA rank for taking admission, there is a process that you need to follow for getting admission in the desired college and with desired course. This process is called counselling. So if you have applied, the rounds will begin from 1, and will continue till the seats are filled.
