Which state is better for engineering (ECE) after intermediate?

Why are you thinking of state you must think for the colleges.If you get good score in jee main and advance then IIT,iiit,nits are best options for you .But if you don't get those colleges then you try for state government colleges you belongs to or you want to go.Mostly gujrat,westbengal,Delhi,Karnataka sides colleges are best suitable for you.
