APPLICATION FORM :
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO UPLOAD ARE :
1.You have to upload Passport size photo
Size : 10 kb to 10 KB
2.You also have to upload your signature and parent's signature
Size : 10 KB - 100 KB
- You should fill all the basic details and academic details
- After filling it , cross check the information provided by you before submitting it
Selection process will be based on your performance in exam and document verification
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE :
- Educational certificates
- Domicile certificate
- Birth certificate
