From IITs, IIT-Bombay is the best for B.Tech. CSE branch with respect to Academics, Faculty, Placement, Infrastructure and other important aspects.
Among NITs, NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal and NIT Surathkal are the best ones.
And from IIITs, Hyderabad campus is the best for CSE.
If you want to exclude IITs, NITs and IIITs, then some of the best (private) B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering institutes in India are :-
1. BITS-Pilani
2. Dhirubhai Ambani-IICT
3. BIT-Mesra
4. VIT
5. LNMIIT, Jaipur
6. NSIT, Delhi
Apart from these, you can check out IISc Bangalore.
