Hello...
Completing one subject in a month can't be possible. If somehow you did that then for next two months you have no link to that subject and hence all your prepration will go in vain.
Best way to use your time is to read all three subject in a day for two - two hours. Then solve 60 questions from each subject per day to build your base stronger.

Bro should I read daily PCM 2 hours each or complete whole SYLLABUS in 2 months each, which is more efficient b/n these

Answer is in your own question.2 hours daily will more efficient because you will not worry about revise in this.
