According to me, Gurukul Kangari Haridwar would be better. The campus is accredited by TCS, therefore you can expect some placements. Apart from this many companies such as TCS, Wipro, HCL, Glenmark, Birla, Morpen, HDFC, Dabur, etc come to the campus, therefore the placement opportunities are more here. Not only this, GKV, has a bigger and more maintained campus that SCRIET.

SCRIET although has a comparatively good infrastructure and social life, the institute is comparatively not better in comparison with GKV, with respect to academics and placements.
