Hello,
As you have appeared for JEE main 2018 but didn't qualify, so it will still be your first attempt. And you have qualified for JEE main 2019 and also appearing for JEE advance 2019 so this is your second attempt.
Any student gets three consecutive years to attempt JEEMain - one after 12th, second after a year drop and the third after second year drop. And for JEE Advanced, a student gets two consecutive attempts, - one after 12tj and second after a year drop. Hope it helps.
