While qualifing GATE where I could study in aboroad?

Generally to do ms abroad you have to give gre and not gate. But still there are good foreign colleges which accept gate score. They are national university of Singapore. Ntu, Singapore. And top colleges of Germany like tum , technical university of Munich and many more.

Along with this you also have to qualify the TOEFL and IELTS for admission into foreign universities

After qualifying GATE you can apply for colleges like IIT, NIT, IIST and many top colleges in India to pursue M.Tech degree. Or you can apply for PSU jobs. PSU stands for Public Sector Undertaking. The government-owned corporations are known as Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in India.

You can't apply for abroad colleges. To do masters in abroad you need to appear for GRE exams. With GRE scores you can get admission to colleges in abroad.

The gate examinations give you opportunities to study or get job only in India ie within the country not abroad.

It gives you opportunities for: Master’s programs and direct Doctoral programs in Engineering/Technology/Architecture and (ii) Doctoral programs in relevant branches of Science.
