Hello Manisha,
The last date for AIIMS MBBS basic registration is January 3. Every year, more than 2.5 lakh aspirants register for AIIMS MBBS exam. The huge amount of candidates filling the AIIMS application form at a same time may slow down the server and lead to such errors. Also, due to some technical issues in the laptop/computer, you might be facing the error while registering.
In order to resolve the issue, you can hold the process and try again after sometime, before the last date. You can also start filling the AIIMS MBBS application from the beginning. For your convenience, below are the steps mentioned for AIIMS MBBS Basic and Final Registration.
