Dear Student,
PWD stands for Person With Disability. A PWD person with disabilities above 40% degree of disability will enjoy 3% of reservation. Colleges/Universities always provide quota this section of society.
The same goes for Extra Curricular Activities(ECA) students. The candidate with some extra talent such as sports,singing,theatre etc are provided with qouta. Although their academic is also examined to get them admission in colleges/Universities..

Pwd ( People with disability) means quota for those who are physically disabled and ECA( Extra curricular activities) quota is for those who are exceptional in extra curricular activities. Every college has different seats for such people in particular.
