Who cak give NIOs open board exam ?? Can a pass candidate give ? Is there any disadvantages of it ???

Hello,
Here is the eligibility criteria to appear for NIOS class 10 and 12 exams.
For class 10: one should have attained minimum of 14 years of age and must be passed class 8 exams.
To appear under 12th, one should be of a minimum of 15 years old and passed class 10 exams. with one year gap
NIOS is a recognized board from MHRD. There are no disadvantages of NIOS board in the Government sector.
