Who can apply for jossa counselling ? Only gen above 89.75%tile or everyone??

JoSAA 2019 Registration/Counselling
The counselling process will be organized through online mode. JoSAA counselling 2019 will be conducted in various rounds as per the availability of seats.
There are various steps are included in counselling process, i.e. registration, choice filling, seat allocation, reporting to the allotted college, etc.
There will be no fees charged for the registration and choice filling. Candidates will have to pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs. 15,000/- for SC, ST, GEN-PwD, OBC-NCL-PwD, SC-PwD or ST-PwD candidates and Rs. 30,000/- for other candidates.
JoSAA 2019 Counselling Procedure
The detailed counselling procedure of JoSAA 2019 is mentioned below:
Registration & Choice Filling:
Candidates have to click on the official link (link will be provided above).
They must login with their JEE Main roll number and password.
Candidates now fill and lock their choices for admission.
If candidates do NOT lock their choices, last saved choices will be locked automatically.
Provisional Seat Offer & Confirmation:
Once the seat is allocated to candidates, they have to take printout of the provisional seat allocation letter and e-challan.
Candidates have to pay the seat acceptance fee through e-challan or net banking.



Those who have cleared the cutoff they could only apply

Only students who have cleared their respective category cutoffs would be able to fill the Counselling form for JoSAA.
You would be required to login from your account which would have all your information from the exam.
