The students who didn't get seat in round 1 and round 2 are eligible for mop up round. For this, you need to fill a form.

WHEN YOU DO NOT GET A SEAT IN 1ST AND 2ND ROUND OF COUNSELING IN AIQ THEN YOU GO FOR MOP UP ROUND OF COUNSELING.
IF YOU GET SEAT 2 ND ROUND OF COUNSELING AND YOU CANCEL YOUR SEAT THEN YOU ARE KOT ELIGIBLE FOR MOP UP.
