Hello. Yes, he can get admission in nri quota. Any of the student's blood relatives are there in abroad, then that student is eligible for nri quota. If your son's uncle is maternal or paternal, then with valid I'd proofs and passport proofs, your son in eligible to get admission in nri quota.
