You need to secure at least 75% marks aggregate in your class 12th if you wish to apply for JEE Main 2019. If you haven't secured 75% marks, you will not be eligible to appear for entrance examination. You must reappear for Class 12th examination and secure atleast 75% marks overall in best 5 subjects after which only you will be able to apply for examination.

To appear for JEE Main Entrance Exam you need to qualify class 10+2. In order to get admission IITs, NITs, IIITs you should have minimum 75% as a General category & 65% as a reserved category.
