Swetha, Code 3 is for droppers of Karnataka. It is for those Candidates who have completed their 12th but haven't joined any other course thereafter with an intention to prepare for NEET. These are repeaters who have a gap year or 2. These Candidates fulfil the eligibility criteria for NEET and are appearing for NEET without joining any course.

Code 03 in NEET UG 2020 is for the candidates who have completed their intermediate or Pre-degree Examination in science from an Indian university or board or other recognized body with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology and also English as a main subject. Adding to this, the course should have practical exams in Science subjects. Also the candidates who have qualified 10+2 or equivalent from a state board must use this code.
