Dear Aspirant,

Well this is a completely company oriented question and varies company to company and its different policies on training and work.

If you are getting recruited for a higher position then probably someone who owns a position in the company, probably your head will train you and make you understand the rules of the company.

Else it might happen that a training team is assigned to train new joinees.
