The metal copper is being used since a very ancient era. There's no specific discover of Copper. It is a very abundant metal. According to reports, it was discovered in 9,000 BC in the middle East. It's said to be found in the Egyptian tombs.
We still have some information about where it was found, but there is no information about who found it.
