All this while, to appear for JEE Advanced which is the gateway for admission to IITs, you had to fulfill the 75% aggregate condition. It has been 75% for General Category and 65% for Reserved Categories. But due to the Pandemic and considering the fact that many boards Cancelled their Board exams, IIT Delhi has given an exception in the qualifying percentages for this year. Which means that for 2020, there is no minimum aggregate requirement criteria in your 12th that you need to fulfil for JEE Advanced. So irrespective of your aggregate in 12th, if you score the qualifying percentile in JEE Mains, you can appear for JEE Advanced. At this point in time, we do not have JEE Advanced 2020 cut offs but going by previous years cut offs, you will have to score atleast 85 percentile and more in JEE Mains to qualify for JEE Advanced.
