Who will see the EWS certificate and when?

Dear aspirant ,
Ews ceritficate or EBS Certificates are issued to those category people who have income less then 8 lakhs per anum and who does not belong to any reserved category such as SC/ST/OBC.
According to union govt. the constitution bill,2019 10% of additional quota for EWSs is given.

You can use this EWS Certificate in admission for higher education and govt. Jobs availing 10% reservation for economically backward section through EWS quota.
