Okk I'll enlist down some of the subjects of bcom second year - you will have corporate accounting as a very important subject, next in the list of importance will be BUISNESS Statistics and Financial Statement Analysis. Another important subject is related to Income Tax as well. And some of the other subjects that you will have in your second year bcom are as follows -

- Principles of Insurance
