Whose domicile is needed for upsee if I belong to upge.Can my domicile is also valid

Domicile certificate is needed in counselling for verification process for all candidates whether any candidate is general,obc,sc or st.
You have to present domicile certificate at the time of counselling which is issued on present year only .
