Hi,
I would highly suggest you to mention about which exam you are talking about in which you have scored 7450 rank.
If you scored the above rank in exam like Ts EAMCET you have good chancesto get admission into b pharmacy , pharm d and bsc agriculture or Bvsc or Bfsc(if you have want kind of reservation quota only).
If you scored this rank in NEET you have pretty good chances to get into a medical or dental college of your choice in your domicile state.
