    Hello!!

    Intrinsic probably earlier also present in prokaryotes to increase the multiplication rate introns removed from the DNA so that lesser time is consumed in DNA replication,eukaryotic retain the introns because it helps in generation of iso form proteins.introns also helped in the assemblance of smaller DNA fragments to generate a larger functional gene
