Why do we measure angles till maximum 360 degree unless 361 or 359 or 350 during a round?

The reason behind this is a small story

Sumerians didnot understand the physical motion of sun,venus ,jupiter,mercury,saturn.

But after all research,they however found out it takes 360 days to complete one years of circular rotation of sun  across sky

Based on the conclusion ,they consequently divided the circular path in to 360 degrees to track each days passage of sun's whole journey

Thus how we got a 360 degree circle and we measure up to 360 degrees in circle .

There are many conclusions drawn by soneothers based on measurement of circle interms of 360
