Why don't Josaa increase cuttoff after subsequent rounds(maybe 1,2,3) ,but all of a sudden they increase cuttoff in penultimate rounds(like 6,7). But why what are the reasons ?

It is as a result of many students freezing or still floating or sliding their respective allotments. The frequency of students freezing their seats in the first three rounds is comparatively more than the latter three. Perhaps many students even withdraw their seat in the Last Round, for other Institutes, as a fact the cutoffs drop in a bid to fill the unfilled seats.
