why every one is predicting such a veried ranks, if some are stating 5k rank another person is stating 25k its like north and south poles..

The prediction of rank occurs before the actual rank is released. So every agency that predicts your rank based on the mark or percentile consider the previous year mark-rank relation, present year's cut-off, seat matrix available, category etc. So depending on what all factors are considered the rank can also vary.

Most agencies use softwares to predict the rank. So depending on how that software is optimized, the result also varies. May it be many examination like JEE, VITJEEE, SRMJEE, COMEDK, KEAM, CUSAT CAT the result is only assumption and also these platforms clearly state that the actual result may vary.

In short, all use statistics to predict the rank. If a batsman has an average of 65, this does not mean that he will definitely score 65 in his next innings but he may keep consistency by scoring near it. This is the case with predictors also.

Well The reason for that is the variation in number of students appearing for the exam....Since 2017 And 2018 Saw about some 80000 people writing the exam....as compared to 2016 and earlier we see that more people wrote the exam on 2017 and 2018 therfore the increase in the rank for the marks obtained
As off 2019 only 59000 people wrote the exam so you can expect to get better rank

2015- 17K
2016- 20K
2017/18- 40K to 45K
2019(expected)-22K-24K
