Your 12th grade marks in physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology, and english are all required for NEET eligibility. In order to be qualified for neet, you must pass your 12th subject with a minimum of 50%. As a result, there is no need to fill in your 11th grade marks.
It has no importance as of now.
