why i am not able to type RD number while issuing the application for bus pass.It pops a message that enter the proper RD number but Rd number is coorect which i have typed.

Hello student,
All though you have not mentioned your state and which pass you are talking about ,but I want to say you that please go through your documents and check the RD number again .Basically there are different types of BUs passes including School pass student pass spouse of martyr pass freedom fighter pass dialysis patient pass and lots of others
That's why also it is quite difficult to say about how you can do all of this procedure but if your RD number is correct and it is showing the Still showing the same then you can just use another browser otherwise you also can clear your cache files of the previous browser and just try from Incognito tab to do the procedure .hope this will help you
