Sometimes it may happen in your Android mobile due to failure in system operation & internet connectivity. To open up the app you have to Press all recent published menu. If it is doesn't work then press the home and power button for 10 seconds. Then release the buttons and press the power buttons only. After few seconds the screen will be turn on and it will work fine.
