Why Jee reduced to 25 Question from 30?

Hello,
JEE has changes the exam pattern. every subject has 25 questions and in total 75 questions. For each subject 20 questions are MCQ questions and 5 numerical based question. For every correct answer you will get 4 marks and for each wrong answer there will be -1 in total marks.
They just changed the pattern to go with time. This will make candidates work more on concepts to solve the numericals and not to just guess all time if they don't know the answer.
So everything is same just the pattern has changed.
