Why jeemains result is displayiing "server is too busy"?can i see or not my jeemain result today plz help me anyone.

Server is too busy is the case when multiple users start to access the same site due to which server get many requests which causes congestion on the server due to which server is not able to respond.
Generally when result is declared everyone visit the server due to which their is heavy traffic on server causing this problem.
