WHY MCA DID NOT GET EQUAL SALARY WITH BTECH ????

The basic difference between MCA and BTech is as follows:
MCA is a PG degree so it is more superior as compared to Btech (academically)
BTech is a four year course , and the students pursuing Btech in IT have a better knowledge on the concepts so land on better jobs as compared to an MCA graduate. The degree covers both hardware as well as software aspects.
