Why not CBSE publish the full rank list as being done by JIPMER?

Candidates applying for NEET is 12 lakhs approx and JIPMER is about 1-2 lakhs. Its hard to compile such huge data ! But NEET too publishes all the required info like Marks of Subjects, Rank, State Rank. It has nothing less than JIPMER !
