Hello.
Actually submitting the fee at the time of counselling is for the security purpose, or to freeze the seat ,this is totally refundable, in case a student has allotted a seat but he does not want to go with this and any action is not done by that candidate so the seat will be cancelled by itself and the amount will be refunded online after the deduction of administrative charges, and the seat will be leave as vacant, in case a candidate want to go with the seat allotted to him then the fee will be deducted from his course fee in the allotted college.
