why there is no upgradtion option in dujat 1st allotment list after fee payment ?

Dear student, this is the policy of Delhi University that there will be no upgradation option after you pay the fees to the allotted college. The upgradation option is only available for those courses which are based on merit and not those for which the seats are allotted via counselling.
