Why this year CBSE delaying to release the application form?

Dear Student,
Are you asking for NEET exam?
Application form is delayed as there are many changes which are going to introduced in NEET 2018 like NIOS students not eligible to appear for NEET exam and may be maximum age will be re-introduced from 2018.
It is expected that NEET 2018 Application form will be out this week only.
